This made me cry, my daughter wrote a poem for my Birthday : MY DAD By: Divine Grace R. Llamas You are my Dad The best gift I ever had I am your wonderful daughter And I am your source of laughter So happy birthday to you This isn't time to feel blue Don't you feel free? When you are with me This poem is from my heart And I call this true Art I don't care if you're getting old ( You're not) Because my warm hands are always here to hold I am proud to call you my father The one man who loves my mother I'll try my best so we can all be together And that our hearts will be in one place forever

Romulo , a former Philippine general, journalist, poet, story writer, diplomat, former resident commissioner to Washington, D.C., former Philippine ambassador to the United States, and former  President of the United Nations General Assembly . [1] [2] Carlos Peña Rómulo ,  QSC   PLH  (14 January 1898 – 15 December 1985) was a  Filipino  diplomat, statesman, soldier, journalist and author. He was a reporter at 16, a newspaper editor by the age of 20, and a publisher at 32. He was a co-founder of the  Boy Scouts of the Philippines , a general in the US Army and the Philippine Army, university president, President of the UN General Assembly, was eventually named one of the Philippines'  National Artists  in Literature, and was the recipient of many other honors and honorary degrees.
