LLAMAS THE UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS IS THE OLDEST EXISTING UNIVERSITY IN ASIA My childhood memories in the University of Santo Tomas in Sampaloc, Manila is worth sharing. We have relatives here within the surrounding vicinity of the university. In Kalye Langit is my aunt, my papa's sister who was the head of a periodical section of UST Mrs. Fanny Llamas Baldovino, recently the Brgy. Chairman was Jojo Llamas Baldovino her son. And in Dos Castillas St. Tita Ping Delfin Villanueva my mom's sister and in Dapitan st. My mom's elder brother Atty. Arturo Diaz Delfin. So in Sampaloc, I always feel at home. Recently I found out that one of the flower shops in Dos Castillas Extension St. Is owned by Jhay Llamas a member of the Llamas Clan FB group. But we were staying in Quezon city then, my bir

The Llamas Science Hall at the University of the Philippines, Diliman Campus was donated by Dr. Rosendo Llamas. Established  Rosendo Llamas scholarship Fund for U.P. College of Medicine for bright and deserving students. He was also  the consultant  for the Chinese General Hospital.     A Philanthropist. DR. ROSENDO LLAMAS. Philanthropist Dr. Rosendo Llamas,  Laguna Philanthropist, donated a building for the College of Medicine at the University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City. The Llamas Science Hall housed the Physics Dept. (National Institute for Physics-NIP) Currently the Chemistry department. He also donated money for the Rosendo Llamas scholarship Fund for U.P. I JOIN AXE DEODORANT SEARCH FOR THE FIRST FILIPINO ASTRONAUT . LAST 2013 . A GUY FROM MANILA, AN AFP OFFICER FROM MANILA WON THE SEARCH. I WAS GLAD TO JOIN THAT SEARCH. IT WAS QUITE HISTORIC. IT WAS THE CONCEPT OF AXE DEODORANT SPONSORING A MAIDEN AEROSPACE TOURISM TRIP. WHERE WINNERS FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES, FOR THE SEARCH OF THEIR FIRST ASTRONAUT, WAS TO BE THE FIRST PASSENGERS OF THE COLLABORATION OF ELLON MUSK OF TESLA AND MR. BRONSON OF VIRGIN AIR SPACE SHUTTLE OF CALIFORNIA CITY AND NASA. BUT THEIR FIRST ATTEMPT HAD HITCHES THAT THEY DECIDE TO CANCEL OR DELAY THEIR LAUNCHING DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.
