Deo Antonio D. Llamas, 47 years old is Chief Financial Officer of (FCBI) First Community Bank Inc. Member of the Board of Director. Distribution and Sales manager. A PRC License Nurse, Broker, and Appraiser. Accredited with St. Rafael Development Corporation, HCBC Development Corporation, Henann Land Realty, HENBER Development Corporation and much more. His Kingdom Builder Group is into the house and lot selling, bank listing raw land for commercial, industrial and residential subdivision and condo development, Joint venture specialist, document processor, financial engineering, land enhancer, conceptualizer, evaluator, appraiser. Manages, motivates and train sales people, formulate marketing strategy identifying the right target market and segments and do hosting and special events.
He was born in Quezon City, Metro Manila on October 28, 1969, to Judge Leonides Jovellanos Llamas Sr. of Dagupan, Pangasinan and to Leticia Diaz-Delfin of Panitan, Capiz. Married to Anna Lissa Yap Rivera of Oton and Roxas City. They have 4 kids Deo Michael Gabriel 24, is a Registered Nurse, Broker, Appraiser with MBA, Paul David 22, 4th yr. Finance and Management student of CPU, John Peter 20 is a video producer and Divine Grace 13 Yrs. old Grade7 at CISAT she is a multi-awardee in journalism, poetry, and creative writing.
In 2010 finished a 120 units CPE for Brokers and another 120 CPE units for Appraiser which was given by PRC and pass the Real Estate Service for Broker and Appraiser Licensure exam. A Graduate of the University of Iloilo in 1991 for his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Also a PRC License Registered Nurse. Finished High School at University of San Agustin, Iloilo in 1986 and at West Visayas State University for his Elementary in 1982. Started schooling in 1974-76 at San Jose College a Catholic School for his primary.
His first Job was a bartender in Club Panoly in Boracay, Aklan in 1991 before reviewing for the Nursing Board Exam. Pass the Nursing Licensure exam and after which started a family of his own. Did various enterprising business in Construction materials, RTW and plastic wares for a while then decided to take a career in Sales Marketing and Management positions in Fast Moving Consumer Products.
He worked first as a Sub-Distributor Specialist for (ZDI) Zuellig Distributors Inc.- Kraft Foods Philippines ( 1995-1998) after which he joined San Miguel- Campo-Carne(1990-1999) as Area Market Developer and later Sara Lee- Philippines Consumer division (1999-2000) as Key Account Manager. Covering Region 6 including Negros and Panay Island, weekly he travels out of town. In 2000 decided to be closer to his growing kids and family decided to engage in real estate service. Started as a supervisor eventually took up the real estate exam for brokers given by DTI that gave him the opportunity to become accredited as Head Broker for various Subdivision Developers. He also worked in a call center. In Lifter System Inc an elevator company for Visayas Region reporting in Cebu City dealing SJEC ELEVATORS and Lifts, the world’s biggest manufacturer.
He was also a choir singer for the sweet voice of Salvation and Altar boy of Alta Tierra Parish Church in his youth. And was also a pioneering member of Agape Campus for Jesus Fellowship an Inter-Faith Inter-school campus ministry which led him to Full Gospel Center Church. Where he once served as the Evangelism Department head. Other church has been to First Assembly, Roxas City, Inter-faith, Oton, Lift Jesus Higher, Trinity Church, and Doane Baptist Church. But currently, the family is with Victory Church.
He also is an active member of various civic, professional, political organizations which includes PARES (Panay Association of Real Estate Service) Practitioner Inc., PAREB-ICRB-(Philippine Association of Real Estate Board-Iloilo City Realtors Board), CREBA (Chambers of Realtors and Builders Association) RBAP-Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines, Iloilo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Lions International , Toast Masters International, USAAI- Univ. of San Agustin Alumni Association Inc., West Visayas State University Alumni Ass. Inc. It was in their term that the WVSU Alumni Center was built. DPYM- Danding for President Youth Movement, Nationalista Party, FPJPM- Fernando Poe Jr. for President movement, NAPM-Noynoy Aquino for President Movement and UNA Party as one of its City councilor candidate for Iloilo City in 2013 election.

A member of Sabah Claim and Pentasi-B. A poet and author of Something Interesting and Fun About the Llamas Family of the Philippines. Which is also included in his deo-antonio blog which has reached 253,639 views and counting. Participated in Doc Penpen’s Takipsilim “I inspire poetry contest” and embrace the vision of Pentasi B to make the Philippines as the poetry hub of the world. Be inspired to inspire, inspire to be inspired, as he would say. Participated at the World Friendship Poetry Celebration. A ” Gawad Haligi 2013 ” Awardee for poetry given by Pentasi-B, National Library and NCAA National Commission for Culture and Arts have given at Marble Hall, National Museum last Nov. 15, 2013, in Manila, Philippines.
In 2014 involved himself as one of the actors in the movie ALAS TRES a movie by Haris Multimedia he played the role of a priest that exorcise a demon possessed lady and that good always wins in the end. The independent film AlasTres participated in the biggest Regional Film fest in the country the 2016 CINEKASIMANWA 4 the Western Visayas Visayas Regional Film Fest which the movie won the Best in Cinematography Award and won a grant OF P100, 000.00 from DOT out of 265 movie entry. To film a new movie highlighting the best tourism destination in the country in Boracay Island and the province of Aklan.
In the new movie Kuweba he plays another acting role but more importantly, he is now the Production Manager, and he is currently A MEMBER OF THE WESTERN VISAYAS FILMMAKERS and active supporter of Cinematheque Iloilo a project of FDCP the Film Development Council of the Philippines. He is establishing himself in this industry by attending various seminars by FDCP, last 2016 on Film Production management by Peque Gallaga and Lore Reyes. And this 2017 BASIC WORKSHOP ON FILMMAKING. The new movie KUWEBA will be showcased at SM CITY ILOILO CINEMAS come December 2017 for the Cinekasimanwa5 Film Festival.
As a banker, contractor, broker, appraiser, nurse, aspiring politician, a poet, writer, actor, a Filipino and a family man he has been given recognition to his contribution and as the top seller in his sales career. Being involved and be an encouragement is his mark. He organized the Llamas clan and now embracing its Clans motto “For God, Country, and Family”.
