REALTORS' PRAYER

Our Lord and our God we praise You, We glorify You
We magnify You and thank you for anointing us for
our major role in the real estate profession.
O, Lord, guide us in the conduct of our business
from day to day, may it be pleasing in Your sight
We most heartily pray, Help us always, to be fair
and may our dealings be done according to Your Word
In truth and honestly, we pray, that we may compel
obedience to the Code of Ethics of the real estate profession

Let us take Your Laws to heart, and make them truly ours
To place welfare of our country, the fundamental rights
of my fellow citizens and the best interest and expediency.
For the generous shall prosper but the greedy shall decline,
with Jesus Christ as our model and Bible as our Instrument,
May we conduct our business always with love and compassion

They had four sons: Carlos, Jr., (“Mike”) in 1925; Gregorio Vicente (“Greg”) in 1927; Ricardo Jose (“Dick”) in 1933; and Roberto Rey(“Bobby”) in 1938. ( See pictures below) Gen. Carlos P. A Veteran newspaper, he also taught English, Philippine Literature, History, Sociology and Journalism at the University of Pangasinan and the Dagupan City High School. Ronald Llamas Ronald Llamas, current Presidential Adviser on Political Affairs Ronald Llamas  is a prominent Filipino activist and the current political adviser of President  Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III . He is also the president of the  Akbayan Citizen's Action Party , which is a coalition partner of the  Liberal Party  (LP). Prior to his appointment in his current position, he was already a key adviser of President Aquino and LP president and former senator  Mar Roxas . Aquino also earlier appointed Llamas as member of the board of directors of the  Development Bank of the Philippines .
