He was born in Quezon City, Metro Manila on October 28, 1969, to Judge LeonidesJovellanos Llamas Sr. of Dagupan, Pangasinan and To Leticia Diaz Delfin of Panitan, Capiz, A LMD Land Management Division Chief of DENR. Married to Anna Lissa Yap Rivera of Oton and Roxas City. She is the Group Operation Manager for SM Food Division franchising Jollibee, Shakey’s and Yellow Cab. They have 4 kids Deo Michael Gabriel 26, RN, is a Registered Nurse,PRC REB,REA, Contractor and businessman, Paul David 24 shift manager at Jollibee ,John Peter, 23, Video Editor, online business & Divine Grace 15 yrs old Grade 8, Creative writer and multi-awarded in poetry and journalism in the region, Asst. Editor of their school publication and President CISAT Student government.
. In 2010 finished a 120 units CPE for Brokers and another 120 CPE units for Appraiser which was given by PRC and pass the Real Estate Service for Broker and Appraiser Licensure exam.
A Graduate of the University of Iloilo in 1991 for his Bachelor of Science in Nursing.Also a PRC License Registered Nurse.Finished High School at University of San Agustin, Iloilo in 1986 and at West Visayas State University for his Elementary in 1982. Started schooling in 1974-76 at San Jose College a Catholic School for his primary.
His first Job was a bartender in Club Panoly in Boracay, Aklan in 1991 before reviewing for the Nursing Board Exam. Pass the Nursing Licensure exam and after which started a family of his own. Did various enterprising business in construction materials, RTW for a while then decided to take a career in Sales Marketing and Management positions in Fast Moving Consumer Products.
He worked first as a Sub-Distributor Specialist for (ZDI) Zuellig Distributors Inc- Kraft Foods Philippines after which he joined San Miguel- Campo-Carne, Galinco Corporation and later Sara Lee- Philippines. Covering Region 6 Including Negros and Panay Island weekly he travels out of town. In 2000 decided to be closer to his growing kids and family decided to engage in real estate service. Started as a supervisor eventually took up the real estate exam for brokers that gave him the opportunity to become accredited as Head Broker for various Subdivision Developers.
He was also a choir singer for the sweet voice of Salvation and altar boy of Alta Tierra Parish Church in his youth. And was also a pioneering member of Agape Campus for Jesus Fellowship an Inter-faith Inter-school campus ministry which led him to Full Gospel Center Church. Where he served as the Evangelism Department head. Other church has been to First Assembly, Roxas City, Inter-faith, Oton, Lift Jesus Higher, Trinity Church, Doane Baptist Church. But currently, the family is with Victory Church.
He also is an active member of various civic professional political organizations which includes Lions International , Toast Masters International, PAREB-ICRB-Iloilo City Realtors Board, RBAP-Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines, Iloilo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, USAAI- Univ. of San Agustin Alumni Association Inc., West Visayas State University Alumni Ass. Inc., DPYM- Danding for President Youth Movement, Nacionalista Party, FPJPM- Fernando Poe Jr. for President movement, NAPM-Noynoy Aquino for President movement and UNA Party as one of its City councillor candidate for Iloilo city.
He is an active Google blogger at deo-antonio blog, Facebook regular contributor to Prose and Poetry, Alexander de Juan’s poem anthology, Win International Network and administrator to many FB group such as Power of Poetry around the Globe, I write you poems, You sing my songs, Iloilo’s Best and Finest, Diaz Family, Familia Delfin, and Llamas Clan.
A member of Sabah Claim and Pentasi-B. A poet and author of Something Interesting and Fun About the Llamas Family of the Philippines. Which is also included in his deo-antonio blog which has reached nearing 342,606 views and counting. Participated in Doc Penpen’s Takipsilim“ I inspire poetry contest” and embrace the vision of Pentasi B to make the Philippines as the poetry hub of the world. Be inspired to inspire, inspire to be inspired, As he would say.
Participated at the World Friendship Poetry Celebration. A ”Gawad Haligi 2013” Awardee for poetry by Pentasi-B, National Library and National Commission for Culture and Arts given at Marble Hall, National Museum last November 15, 2013, in Manila, Philippines.
As an avid fan of the movie industry, he was one of the casts of Alas Tres the movie. A 2016 Entry for Cinekasimanwa 4 which won a grant from NCAA, FCDP, DOT and Cinematheque Iloilo the movie got an award with the Best in Cinematography trophy. and HIGANTE, Mga Misteryo sa Kuweba the movie entry for 2017 Cinekasimanwa5 as cast and Line Producer. Cinekasimanwa is now the biggest film festival in the Philippines, ranging from 21 days and more than 2,000 plus entry every year.
Lately, engage in Construction as A.M.O.-Authorized Managing Officer for SKY Builders. a family owned construction firm.
As a banker, broker, appraiser, contractor, an aspiring politician, a poet, author, writer, filmmaker, a Filipino and a family man he has been given recognition to his contribution and as a top seller and with leadership, serving in love. Being involve and be an encouragement is his mark. He organized the Llamas clan and now embracing its Clans motto “For God, Country, and Family”.

Ronald Llamas Ronald Llamas, current Presidential Adviser on Political Affairs Ronald Llamas  is a prominent Filipino activist and the current political adviser of President  Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III . He is also the president of the  Akbayan Citizen's Action Party , which is a coalition partner of the  Liberal Party  (LP). Prior to his appointment in his current position, he was already a key adviser of President Aquino and LP president and former senator  Mar Roxas . Aquino also earlier appointed Llamas as member of the board of directors of the  Development Bank of the Philippines .
