Read to lead and be the head and not the tail
Many stories and lessons from many tales
Reading books is like traveling on to sail
A journey to different places and times
Seeing nature, cultures, people in twine

Much to learn from history, geography
Society rise and fall,from glory to misery
With sciences and math came technology
Advancements of knowledge for humanity
While archeology discovers our past tenacity

Truth and meaning to life we can search
Thousand books are available for research
Sacred text of ancient times are preserved
By scribes and scholars pass on to this date
Their universal teachings and truth still prevails

Books or the written words is here to stay
Guiding us to find the right way for man today
Principles of life, the substance connecting us
From generations we have common experiences
Their best practices will help us make right choices

Books of life have taught us how to live and survive
Inspiring us to move forward and see the bright side
For every good and kindness in act of love in faith
Lessens evil and that light overcomes adversary
And that heroes wins in every end of the story

Books can inspire you teach you what to do
Makes you laugh and cry if you want to
Builds you up to face life challenges
With all its lessons and images
You'll come out first the best

Barbara into Anacleto Salazar Basa of Tebeng, Dagupan and Ticman Carreon of Sta. Barbara. A graduate of the University of Pangasinan.. A Veteran newspaper, he also taught English, Philippine Literature, History, Sociology and Journalism at the University of Pangasinan and the Dagupan City High School. He passed the following civil service examinations

Romulo escorted Virginia Llamas in the pageant. After two and a half years of courtship, they married on July 1, 1924, in Pagsanjan, and honeymooned in Baguio. They had four sons: Carlos, Jr., (“Mike”) in 1925; Gregorio Vicente (“Greg”) in 1927; Ricardo Jose (“Dick”) in 1933; and Roberto Rey(“Bobby”) in 1938. ( See pictures below) Gen. Carlos P. Ronald Llamas Ronald Llamas, current Presidential Adviser on Political Affairs Ronald Llamas  is a prominent Filipino activist and the current political adviser of President  Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III . He is also the president of the  Akbayan Citizen's Action Party , which is a coalition partner of the  Liberal Party  (LP). Prior to his appointment in his current position, he was already a key adviser of President Aquino and LP president and former senator  Mar Roxas . Aquino also earlier appointed Llamas as member of the board of directors of the  Development Bank of the Philippines .
