What    element     are    you?    Formless     and   evolving
Can      adopt     any     form    reacting     to   experiences 
True     to       yourself     can   be   calm   or   boiling  hot
Pleasing       refreshing        nurturing       and        flexible
Your presence   sends   ripples  that  turns  to   tidal waves
Emotional      forceful   dramatic    pathfinder   a    pioneer
Not    afraid    to    face    change    embraces     tomorrow

What   element   are you?    Hard  strong   and determined
Immovable     in     what      you    believe  and   magnetic 
A    leader   to    follow    a    stabilizer    loves     tradition
Toxic    and    radio    active       in      a     negative    way
Logical     concrete     planner     great   coach    a   builder
Loves   status   quo   and   believes   in   living   for   today

What    element   are    you?    Passionate    and   inspiring
 a   light  to   this    world     transcendental     a    dreamer
Put  others need first   altruist  a  good  friend  till  the  end
An     idealist   dogmatic   has   a   world    of    their   own
At      times      misunderstood        messianic    missionary
An     activist      a    poet      historians    loves   the    past 

What    element    are   you?  A   force  not seen but is  felt
Always     there      constantly     consistently     assertively
Every  where  you involved   and  share   apart of your self
You   move   others   for   them to live and  believe  in  life
You are unappreciated at  times  you're  value   underrated
A  teacher ,  a   mentor,  a  lover,  a   pastor  or  a    priest


What   element    are   you?  You   may   have   all of   this
Or  a  combinations   o   two ...nevertheless   this   is   just 
For   entertainment   or   food   for   thought. Everyone   is 
Unique ...  With    different     temperaments     and   ways 
Of    responding   to   our   world   and   how   we  behave 
Character     indeed    is    the   substance    of  our   being

Barbara into Anacleto Salazar Basa of Tebeng, Dagupan and Ticman Carreon of Sta. Barbara. A graduate of the University of Pangasinan.. A Veteran newspaper, he also taught English, Philippine Literature, History, Sociology and Journalism at the University of Pangasinan and the Dagupan City High School. They had four sons: Carlos, Jr., (“Mike”) in 1925; Gregorio Vicente (“Greg”) in 1927; Ricardo Jose (“Dick”) in 1933; and Roberto Rey(“Bobby”) in 1938. ( See pictures below) Gen. Carlos P. Ronald Llamas Ronald Llamas, current Presidential Adviser on Political Affairs Ronald Llamas  is a prominent Filipino activist and the current political adviser of President  Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III . He is also the president of the  Akbayan Citizen's Action Party , which is a coalition partner of the  Liberal Party  (LP). Prior to his appointment in his current position, he was already a key adviser of President Aquino and LP president and former senator  Mar Roxas . Aquino also earlier appointed Llamas as member of the board of directors of the  Development Bank of the Philippines .
